The staff manages to catch Khazix in the head and unleashes a large blast of energy, knocking both him and Lux into the air and away from each other. Lux lands face first in front of the madman, at which point she barely brings herself onto her knees while rubbing her head in pain.* oww... *At this point the spell that was shielding both the Hunter and the Star child melts away.*
